Weekly Announcements

If you missed church last Sunday, here are the announcements from the bulletin of June 25

Next Sunday is the first Sunday of July, and we will have one service at 9:00 followed by a potluck brunch. Last names beginning with A-M are asked to bring a dessert; N-Z to bring a main dish.

The Confirmation Class on Wednesdays is continuing for those wishing to be confirmed when the Bishop visits in July (and for those who just want to brush up on their knowledge of Anglican theology and customs).
The class starts at 6:00 pm with a brown bag supper The instructional part begins about 6:30 for those who can’t come for supper.

The sign-up sheet for hosting Coffee Hour in July and August is posted on the bulletin board. If you’ve got a favorite goodie you like with your coffee, sign up to bring some to our après-church Coffee Hour. Remember, it doesn’t have to be a fancy snack—a box of Duncan Donuts will do just fine for most of us.

Want to learn how to write icons but would like some instruction? Maybe you’d like to finish your icon or start a new one? Fr. Guy will be painting icons from 3:00-5:00 pm on Wednesdays in the big Sunday School room. Everyone is welcome to join him.
